Non-refundable Annual Registration Fee: $50

 

Before Care Program: $85/Month

• This program runs from 7:00am -7:30am.

• Sibling discounts (20%) are offered for this program for registration fees and tuition.

 

After Care Program: $300/Month or $75/Week

• This program runs from afternoon school dismissal to 6:00pm.

• Sibling discounts (20%) are offered for this program for registration fees and tuition.

• This program is a yearly commitment.

• A two week notice must be provided for withdrawing from the ECP Program.

Weekly Drop-In:  $80/Weekly

• This program is designed for students who need to stay for a week, intermittently.

 

Daily Drop-In:  $30/Daily

• For emergencies that arrive, we offer daily drop-in to After Care.  Payment is due the day of service.

 

Enrichment Activities:

• Offered 3:00-4:00 at Heritage Location

• Offered 3:15-4:15 at Briarcliff Location

• For this program ECP has partnered with vendors from the community to provide exciting, educational, and fun options for enrichment conveniently located right on our GLOBE campus.  Please see website for complete program details.

• Fees and discounts are set by the vendors.  Payments are made directly to the vendors.

Daily Enrichment Extended Care:  $20/Day (Enrichment Dismissal-6:00 pm)

• If you are unable to pick up your child from Enrichment class, your child may be checked into After Care.

 

Late Pick-up:  $1.00/Minute after posted dismissal times

• Late fees pertain to all activities: School dismissal, After Care, Enrichment, Clubs, etc.

• Excessive late pick-ups may result in a student not being able to participate in afterschool activities.

• Late Fees are due at the time of pick-up. Cash or Checks accepted.

 

Early Release Days After Care: 

• ECP will remain open from dismissal to 6:00 pm for currently enrolled students.

• The Drop-in rate for 1/2 Day Dismissal for non-enrolled students: $60 for the day.

 

Tuition is NOT Pro-rated for missed days due to inclement weather, holidays, travel, illnesses, withdrawal from the school, or days that school is not in session.

 

Monthly tuition of $300/month balances out to every 4 weeks. Therefore monthly tuition will be $300 every month August through May, EXCEPT December.  In December, monthly tuition will be ½ price due to the holiday breaks.  We are in school for 38 weeks.  Some months have 5 weeks and others have 3 weeks.
