Program Tuition and Registration Fees

Making payments to The GLOBE Academy’s (ECP) Extended Care Program:

• All payments are made online through your jackrabbit.com account. Our preferred method of payment is an Echeck (also known as bank draft).  The GLOBE Academy also accepts Credit Cards. Personal checks/cash are not accepted.

• Once you enroll on our website, The GLOBE Academy will process your non-refundable yearly registration fee and your monthly or weekly payments. We will deduct any applicable sibling discounts.

• Monthly payments for Before Care and After Care Program:

  • Monthly payments will be drafted on the 28th day of the previous month.

• Weekly Payments for After Care Program: 

  • Weekly payments will be drafted on Thursday of the previous week

• Declined online payments processed by The GLOBE Academy will incur a $15 processing fee.

 

Tuition

• Tuition is NOT prorated for missed days due to inclement weather, holidays, travel, illnesses, withdrawal from the school, or days that school is not in session.

• Monthly tuition of $300/month balances out to every 4 weeks. Therefore monthly tuition will be $300 every month August through May, EXCEPT December.  In December, monthly tuition will be ½ price due to the holiday breaks.  We are in school for 38 weeks.  Some months have 5 weeks and others have 3 weeks. 

• Sliding scale tuition rates are available for families that qualify based on federal guidelines. Please see sliding scale rates here.  Please see the ECP Director for additional details.

 

Early Release Days

• ECP will remain open at no extra charge for currently enrolled students.

 

Late Pick Up

• Late pick-up fee of $1.00 per minute will be charged and must be paid at time of pick up:

• After School Program ends promptly at 6:00 pm. A late fee of $1.00 per minute per student will be charged starting at 6:01 pm.  Late fees must be paid when your child is picked up.

• For the Enrichment Program, your child must be picked up promptly at the activities scheduled end time.  A late fee of $1 per minute, per student, will be charged past the activity’s scheduled end time.  You may opt to enroll in the Enrichment Extended Care.

• Excessive late pick-ups may result in a student not being allowed to attend the After School or Enrichment Programs.
