Become a Vendor

 

Thanks for your interest in becoming a vendor at The Globe Academy's Extended Care Program.  To become a vendor, you must meet all of our vendor requirements.  To continue with becoming a vendor, click here and provide the following information:

 

• Name of company

• Contact person name, email, and phone number

• Skill set/purpose

• General write up for class/description

• Grade/age focus

• General cost for an 8 week session

• Class minimum and maximum

 

Please note - all vendors must submit a current background check and company

insurance documentation to be considered for this program.
